Life happened when we were smokers that's for sure and chainsmoking was par for the course for every happy, sad, mad & just about every emotion and situation imaginable BUT for me stress was the worst for lighting one cancer stick up after another, lighting one up on the butt of the one I was still smoking before butting it out does this sound familiar? Thankfully as Dale says I don't do that anymore , no one has to do that anymore! Quitting smoking is absolutely hair pulling at times BUT absolutely DOABLE it definetly takes time to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes that's when you always want to remember and N.E.F  - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is super fantastic, stuff happens whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! Stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because there's absolutely no way you can FAIL and life really does get better and better with time under your belt ......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
