I really like this little abbreviation D.E.B.S - Decide Educate Believe Succeed - as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and so very worth it we all have our reasons for quitting mine was and still is wanting a better quality of living to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life, I chose to quit and I choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance - I always want to remember and N.E.F - Never Ever forget - Day ONE isn't happening ever again because I won't allow myself to become complacent and lose the best gift that I've ever given myself, once we've made the choice to quit then we must honor our decision and stick with our quits no matter what is happening and plow forward through the rough patches and relearn life as an Ex Smoker it's Doable and absolutely wonderful once we get to that good place in our quit where we realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks sticks. Freedom starts with Day ONE which turns into DAY WON to Week's WON Month's WON to Year's WON! Say YAY for Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON!
