I'm one of those Happy Quitters I have been for well over three years now and WOW I'll be celebrating four glorious years on Saturday all I can say is that I finally figured out that I'm not invincible and that a scare of being told that I have mild copd was enough to scare the Crap out of me so I looked around on line and found this site which helped me tremendously to make a long story short I'm still here and I always want to remember and I want all of us to - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because all of our lives depends on us to quit and stay quit aren't our lives worth way way more than the damned Cancer Sticks? I'm having a hard time with this huge floater in my left eye so I'm getting off here soon, my daughter Mandy, Mason and I are heading out on our mini vacation later today we'll be back tomorrow sometime I'm not taking my tablet so I won't be around in the morning so hopefully Nancy YoungAtHeart will make sure our buddy George the HUMP DAY camel will make an appearance because it just wouldn't be Wednesday without him, he's definetly my buddy, my pal and my friend YAY for George, YAY and YAY again for Smokefree living and yay for each and every Day WON! Let's nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE..... Huge hug to all XO......
