Once you've decided to bite the bullet to take back your life  you kick the nicotine poison to the curb and bury it so deep to never to be retrieved you do it by willing determined and totally committed you perservere through the rough patches and relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes once you've got the right Mindset you can do just about anything you put your mind to there's so much information here in this awesome community you just need to read it over and over again if need be, I know I did many times especially Dale's page concerning the first four months of quitting which helped me tremendously and these mantras helps - N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - once we've been quit for awhile - N.E.F  - Never Ever Forget - those early days & weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is awesome plus as Dale says keep them away from your face and the only way out is through, quitting smoking is definetly difficult to say the least but very Doable and it's a choice that everyone has to make at some point and I wanted to make it while I was still vertical and still able to get around and enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life - H.A.L.T  - Hungry Angry Lonely Tired - taking EXtra good care of yourself will also help you plus we're all here to help you in any way we can.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
