It's another sticky humid day pretty much everywhere we hit 91°F or 34°C here yesterday actual temps with the humidity the feel like temps in Celcius was 40 and today will be even higher but I know there's many of you here that's even hotter with worse humidity stay as cool as you can! I'm so thankful that I wised up and threw the yuckies away ( cigarettes ) So I'm not standing outside in all kinds of weather sucking on a cancer stick especially first thing in the morning coughing choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both just because I need that horrid nicotine fix BUT thankfully with N.O.P.E and vigilance and by keeping them away from my face and knowing that the only way out is through and by saying over and over again in those early weeks that I don't do that anymore totally works and I learned these mantras right here by reading everything I could that's how I knew that I was going to succeed because it's Doable, definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination but boy oh boy it's absolutely Doable and so very worth it to be Free, I'm trying to keep my nearly 15 Year old Samantha Digger Jane Hartley as cool as I can!
