Happy Canada Day to Christine13 and any other Canadians that may be reading this wow in 14 precious days I'll be celebrating four glorious years of Smokefree living BUT for today I'll be celebrating my third Canada Day as an Ex Smoker as difficult as those early weeks were it was Doable and if you're having a rough time remaining quit please know that you can succeed believe it deep breaths and tell yourself that you don't smoke anymore get your mind as well as your hands occupied doing something anything at all,  if you have to sit on your hands please do it because you can't smoke if you're sitting on your hands or watch comedy TV or YouTube because you can't smoke if you're laughing so hard that your stomach hurts do whatever it takes to get your life back because you can perservere and come out the other side smiling realising just how much better life is as an EXer, sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance guarantees you that you cannot FAIL that you'll be reaping the benefits of being an Ex Smoker so keep stacking up those precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
