It's a humid morning with light rain my almost 15 year old Samantha Digger Jane Hartley says there's thunder in the air she's pacing and panting so I imagine there's a thunderstorm on the way but that's alright I don't have to go anywhere today so I can be here  for my Sam to keep her as calm as possible so she doesn't destroy the house.  if you're having a rough patch please let us know by blogging Help so we'll be able to help you through it ,chin up and keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF - Days of Freedom as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and so very worth it to be Free so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE!
