It's another chilly start to the day here in the Maritimes I'll be so glad when the Frost warnings end so we can stop having to cover the tomatoe plants and everything else that's up BUT I won't smoke over the weather or anything else because I don't do that anymore and neither do any of you that's reading this sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance works plus S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - Anymore & as Dale says keep them away from your face because that certainly works too & I say if you're struggling with rough patches sit on your hands because you can't smoke if you're sitting on your hands just do whatever is necessary to remain Smokefree & again as Dale says the only way out is through & I say boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free so hang tough, it gets easier and easier with time under your belt but first you have to go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the smokes ....
