Living a life of Freedom from the clutches of the nicotine poison takes perservence and commitment BUT it's Doable and totally worth it, difficult of course it is, BUT our lives deserves for us to look after ourselves by kicking the nicotine poison to the curb and burying it six feet under and never looking back EXcept to smile each evening and say yay for another Day WON! Hey guess what Day it is? My daughter dropped Mason off to school and picked me up to go to Tim Hortons for a medium ice cap which was great, I'd already had three black coffees here! Guess what? I'm wide awake and ready to start the day......
