Everyone of us here in this community are either contemplating quitting or on day one or in the early days or weeks of quitting smoking or months or even years BUT we're all here for the same reason to quit smoking and stay quit so we must stick with our quits no matter what, once we get to that good place and we realize just how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes then we must not allow ourselves to become lazy and complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE,  let's kick back and Celebrate our Smokefree lives and live life on life's terms and treasure our precious quits and let's always remember and N.E.F. - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks! There's nothing BUT positives when it comes to being an Ex Smoker BUT there's nothing BUT negatives by relapsing back into the throws of smoking again! Quitting smoking and remaining quit is so very Doable and totally worth it to be Free from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison so as Dale says keep them away from our face and then we'll be living a life of Freedom and reaping the benefits of being an Ex Smoker.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
