I missed all of you my friends and Fellow Exers, I'm tired but not too bad my sister is doing well today and was ready to have her apartment back and I'm really happy to be home my hubby Mark and my nearly 15 Year old dog Samantha Digger Jane Hartley are glad that I'm back home as well. Let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - that our lives literally depends on us to hang onto the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE, as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and the longer we're quit the easier it gets and it's sooooooooo worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off for a smoke, sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance guarantees us a Smokefree Life but we must stick with it no matter what is happening in our lives because life happens whether we smoke or not.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
