Life can and will give us all kinds of curve balls to deal with BUT it's going to happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke during stress and anxiety can be difficult to say the least but it's also very Doable and totally worth it and with the right Mindset we can do just about anything We put our minds to even when we're in the early, weeks or months of our quits things happen that kick you in the teeth that's when perservence and commitment kick in along with N.O.P.E and vigilance because with the right Mindset we can get through it and our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay because if we don't nobody else can do it for us. My husband Mark is celebrating his 4 years quit today yay Mark and I will be celebrating 4 yrs in July, it wasn't easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early weeks, we had a very good friend die of Cancer in the first few months of quitting my older sister is in heard 3rd year of being Cancer free from breast cancer, my younger sister has had 2 major neck surgeries in the last three years she's still recouping, we learned to deal with life on life's terms without the crutch of cigarettes lots stuff has happened and will continue to happen BUT we must choose to live Smokefree permanently NMW because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option anymore. On another note here's Georgette looking for George because she just reminded me that it's HUMP DAY and it's the last HUMP DAY OF APRIL  she wants to spend time with him so where is George hiding? He's also an Ex Smoker and is enjoying his Freedom and he does it like the rest of us by keeping them away from his face.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
