Share your quitting journey
Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life which is literally counting on you to quit and stay quit, I remember several times during my early weeks that I didn't think I'd make it through the rough patches at times the cravings seemed almost overpowering, notice I said almost I knew I'd make it through because of all of you helping and telling me to read about this addiction and learn everything I could to help me through and you taught me the mantras which helped me tremendously and I know for a fact there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic but first everyone that's quitting has to go through all of the withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes so please hang on tight and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option anymore, keep them away from your face and the only way out is through but boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free, once we've been quit for awhile let's never ever take our precious quit for granted I never want to become complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift so let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because No more Day ONES because that would totally suck big time but another Day WON is awesome ! Also H.A.L.T - Hungry Angry Lonely Tired - taking EXtra good care of ourselves is very important, we've all struggled with our quits but made it through to that good place and you will too but you must keep stacking up your precious DOF.
