Share your quitting journey
There's only one more Hump Day to go, April is floating right along it's hard to believe that it's Spring with all the snow still here but it is and May is just around the corner but YAY for Smokefree living and yay for each and every Day WON for all of us whether you're on day one or day one thousand or wherever you may be in your quit all that matters is you keep moving forward and stacking up your precious DOF and if you haven't quit smoking yet then it's way past time to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker, it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination but if you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that you have to go through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals, moodswings and lack of sleep and to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes BUT it's so worth it and anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life! Quitting is a choice and it's the absolute best choice that any of us will ever make in our lifetime, I consider quitting a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year after year and once we've quit and we stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way we can FAIL.....
