All schools are cancelled I imagine all of the kids are happy for another day off this week, Sam seems to be doing better, she ate the boiled hamburger and rice I cooked yesterday I cooked extra so she ate this morning and she's moving around better her eyes are definetly brighter and have been since about supper time yesterday so we'll see how she does and the Prosense joint solution pills that was suggested to me may be helping too anyway we'll take it one day at a time BUT I won't be smoking over this or anything else because I don't do that anymore, if you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful BUT you must believe in yourself and be willing determined and totally committed to succeed you've got this quit firmly in your grasp stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option anymore, quitting smoking is a choice and staying quit is also a choice and through the rough patches it may seem like you can't make it through BUT you must tell yourself YES you can and will make it through because you will if you believe it and as Dale says keep them away from your face because the only way out is through AND I say boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free so hang tough because life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand so chin up and keep stacking up your precious DOF because you will get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks but first you have to go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit which you will by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON....
