I'll have four years of Smokefree living in July and previous to this quit I was one of those those smokers that half heartedly tried to quit at least a half dozen times and any EXcuse was good enough to relapse, one too many drinks or I gained some weight or I'm stressed I need a smoke or I'm so happy I want a cigarette, I always figured I'd be smoking right up until the day I died but I wasn't serious about quitting and I don't believe I thought I'd ever quit but finding out that I have mild copd that's when I decided to bite the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life because I finally realized I wasn't invincible and could die a slow painful death that's most likely smoking related I'm so glad I found this site and educated myself on quitting smoking and remaining quit because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen anyone's resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom.....
