We are blessed, so blessed and I'm Extremely Thankful for everything and everyone in my life I sometimes forget throughout the year to be Thankful for the many blessings that I receive but at Christmas and again on Good Friday and Easter I'm reminded of the many blessings that I truly have and by quitting smoking I'm respecting myself enough not to be poisoning myself anymore with the cancer sticks as difficult as quitting can be it's Doable and totally worth it to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and we must take care of ourselves because no one else can do it for us and our families our health and even our wallets will thank us and Lord willing we'll be able to have many more years of quality of living to enjoy the little things in our lives which I now realize are actually the BIG things in life..... Kicking the nicotine poison to the curb permanently is the wisest decision that anyone of us will ever make in our lifetime and it's the ONE GIFT that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and now I'll sign off this blog forawhile and AMEN AND AMEN AGAIN....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
