Once you've decided to bite the bullet and take back your life from the clutches of the nicotine poison, it's a great idea to educate yourself on this addiction so please read everything you can about quitting smoking and remaining quit because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the cancer sticks to the curb permanently and start living a life of Freedom, go into your quit with the belief that you'll kick nicotine's butt into never, never land is absolutely the right Mindset and believing in yourself is key along with willingness, determination and commitment because with N.O.P.E.- Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance there's no way you can fail . If you were to ask me if quitting smoking was easy? I'd have to be honest and say HELL NO!!!! BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'd  be saying HELL YES!!!! After 30, 40, 50 or more years of smoking it's bound to be Extremely difficult for the few weeks but it's very Doable and totally worth it to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's your Choice to stick with your quit so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON! Please know that it will get easier and easier with time under your belt but first you have to go through the rough patches before you can get to that good place in your quit.....
