I never thought I'd ever quit smoking but finding out that I have mild copd was enough to scare the Crap out of me so I got serious about quitting and I found this site and educated myself on this horrid addiction by reading everything I could find, I can tell you through EXperience that there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom permanently and there's always someone here to help you through any rough patches that you may come upon all you have to do is blog Help and wait for a few minutes and they'll be people coming to help talk you through and if you have to Sit On Your Hands while you're waiting then do it  because There's No Way That You Can Smoke If You're sitting on your hands right! I had many days that I thought I was having out of body Experiences or I thought I'd never feel comfortable in my own skin again but thankfully I knew this wouldn't last long because of this awesome community of EXers and all the reading that I did so keep moving forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON and I've been very happy in my own skin not that long after quitting smoking and the brain fog left too. Please remember that after decades and decades of smoking it's bound to take time to get through the rough patches and to relearn life without the smokes but boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free so hang onto the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE it's absolutely worth all of the discomfort and whatever else we have to go through to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
