Quitting smoking is a choice and as difficult as the first few weeks can be it's Doable and so very worth to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick and with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way we can fail, our lives and family and friends literally depends on us to quit and stay quit no matter what!
