I want everyone to live a life of Freedom to bite the bullet and get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks, quitting smoking is a choice and sticking with that choice is imperative even when you're in the throws of horrendous cravings especially then! You can make it through! Believe it, deep breaths and stay close because we're all here to help you through the rough patches, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied which helps, scream, yell do whatever it takes and be sure to tell yourself that you don't smoke anymore and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option, you can do it,  it sure as HELL isn't easy but it sure as HELL is worth it all to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick and if you've been quit awhile N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because we don't want to be complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! - I consider my quit a Gift that I've given myself and it's a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and all we have to do is make the Choice to Quit and Stick with it No Matter What and it does get easier and easier with time under your belt so hang on tight and don't let go until you get to that good place in your quit which is that Aha Moment of pure happiness!  you'll never ever want another Day ONE, I hope you'll be smiling along with Me for each and every Day WON!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
