I'm noticing more people here getting ready to set a quit date and I'm also noticing more new quitters plus some are struggling to stay quit please know that you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time but you must believe it and be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful, stay close because we're all here to help you through any rough patches that you may come upon and please read everything you can about quitting smoking because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom, quitting is definetly difficult to say the least but very Doable and so very worth it BUT we all must go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks, if you stop and think about how many decades upon decades upon decades upon decades that you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes but you can and will succeed because with the right Mindset we can do just about anything We put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do and by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way we can FAIL! It's an awesome feeling to be able to look yourself in the mirror and smile each evening and say yay for another Day WON,  if anyone asked me is quitting smoking easy in the first few weeks? I'd have to be honest and say  HELL NO!!!!  but if you asked me is quitting smoking worth it? I'll be smiling big time and say HELL YES!!!!!  So if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go because you can get to that good place in your quit believe it and keep stacking up your precious Days of Freedom.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
