I'm so ready for Spring but unfortunately Mother Nature doesn't agree with all of us living in a snowbelt I guess she wants to be up there on her high horse dishing out the yuckie weather, be sure to remember that we don't Smoke over snow storms or anything else that's happening in life so lets always stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option, we just don't do that anymore isn't it great each evening to be able to look in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON! I still get Crappy days just like everyone and I've had some doozies in my early days and weeks of quitting smoking, one of the ways I held onto my quit was by saying that there's not an Excuse that's good enough to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so I kept hanging on until I came out the other side smiling and realising that life really does get better and better without the Cancer Sticks so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!
