It's the last day of February wowser, time is floating right along which reminds me that life is short and trying to take the best care of ourselves that we can is vital so we can have the best quality of life to enjoy the little things in our lives which is actually the big things to be able to spend time with family especially the grandchildren and see their face light up for whatever reason is a great feeling and the best part of it for me is enjoying it all as an Ex Smoker I'm one of those Happy Quitters, life isn't perfect by any means we've all got our problems that's for sure but believe it or not we can actually handle situations so much better without the crutch of cigarettes because we don't have to be outside chainsmoking trying to figure out whatever the issue is in a cloud of smoke instead with a clear head we can deal with life on life's terms just like non smokers deal with life everyday but for us we have to relearn life without the smokes but boy oh boy it's so worth it to be able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick. March break is next week for the schools so my 8 year old grandson Mason is all packed up and ready to come to gram and gramps for a couple of days and it's super fantastic to know we'll be enjoying every single moment because we don't Smoke anymore, yay for Smokefree living sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance because it works when applied on a daily basis ..... Mason and I being silly a month or so ago.
