Believe in yourself and be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful, choosing to quit and stay quit is definetly difficult to say the least but very Doable and it's the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!  Quitting while we're on this side of the grass or if you're in a snowbelt like me is one of the main reasons why I bit the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life because I had a choice whether I continued to Smoke after finding out I have mild copd and end up on oxygen 7/24 so I decided to quit on my terms, my life my choice, I didn't want to take the chance of waiting too long and have a Dr. tell me sorry but you need to go home and get your affairs in order that thought crossed my mind more than once before I decided to finally wise up after 40 yrs of smoking of at least 30 smokes a day, was quitting smoking easy?  HELL NO!!!! but was quitting smoking worth it?  HELL YES!!!! Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your Life....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
