Life is way too short to continue slowly killing ourselves by smoking, if you're on the fence about quitting smoking now is the time to bite the bullet and take back your life and if you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can get through the rough patches anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life which is depending on you to look after yourself because if you don't nobody else can do it for you, we have complete control over whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is the best Choice ever! There's so much tragedy going on in this World like another senseless School Shooting with so many more lives lost it's heartbreaking there's just no words to express what keeps happening over and over again! When will enough be enough!!! Quitting smoking is in each and every person's control, I can say from my own quit Experience that if you asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'd have to be honest and say HELL NO!!! but if you asked me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!! With all the senseless tragedies happening around the world that's basically out of our control we can take complete responsibility and control over our own lives and possibly prevent smoking related illnesses by quitting smoking and remaining quit because it's a Choice we can make and it's absolutely Doable with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option!
