I'm so thankful this morning to read Nancy's comment on Ellen's blog that she made it home last night here's a very gentle hug to you xo YoungAtHeart xo and sweet elvan I hope today is a much better day for you and Mike and I pray that you can get a handicap parking space so you don't have to walk any distance xo.  To anyone on the fence about quitting smoking or to anyone struggling with your quit  please know Life is full of ups and downs but once we're free from the clutches of the horrid nicotine poison like Nancy and Ellen and Ellen's husband Mike then you can deal with life on life's terms and know just how much better life is without the cancer sticks especially when it comes to our health plus any surgeries that may need to be done, going under and coming out of anesthesia should be much better and the healing process definetly is! There's nothing but positives to quitting Smoking but you need to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings first and you will get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker but you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E.  Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option. I'm so glad that I bit the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life because life is way too short to knowingly continue slowly killing myself! If you ask me if quitting smoking was easy? I'd be honest and say HELL NO!!!! But if you ask me if it was worth it? I'd have to smile and say HELL YES!!!! Quitting smoking is the right choice and I consider quitting to be a gift to ourselves and our families and I also consider our quits to be a gift that keeps on giving day after day after day, week after week month after month and Lord willing Year after year, Quitting smoking is definetly difficult to say the least but very Doable and vigilance is Key to a lifetime of Freedom!!!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
