It's been a fairly long January with frigid temps, snow storms, mixed bags of weather and just plain rain and of course the January thaw and now we're back in the deep freeze many of you also living in a snow belt know that January can be a long month but it actually wasn't too, too bad this year for me compared to some years anyway life happens whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is the best decision that any of us will ever make for ourselves I consider it a gift that we've given ourselves which is the gift of LIFE and its the ONE Gift that keeps on giving day after day, week after week, month after month and year after year because quitting smoking could most certainly add years to our lives and give us a much better quality of living and I for one am enjoying my Freedom from the clutches of the nicotine poison, our 8 year old grandson Mason came to spend the night he's still sleeping, we've got the whole day planned out including going to Tim Hortons and sitting in front of the fireplace him with his chocolate milk and timbits and me with a coffee these are the simple things in life that makes the world go round and smoking doesn't deserve to be part of the equation because life is so much better without the Cancer Sticks but you must believe it and keep stacking your precious DOF so you can get to that point where you realize just how good life really is as an Ex Smoker,  here's a silly pic of us from last evening.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
