Days Won stack up!

Once we commit to quitting Smoking then with perseverance we keep plowing forward stacking up our precious Days WON with N.O.P.E and vigilance then with Time under our belts we finally realize that there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's it's super fantastic so if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go because you can get through the rough patches and come out the other side smiling and realising that YAY it's really True, life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand .  Deep breaths, chin up and know that we're here for you and your precious quit so have a great Hump Day, there's only two more Hump Days in January  you gotta love that, I sure do!
