Once we've quit smoking we must remember that life Will happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke during happiness, after a job well done, stress and anxiety or whatever the emotion you can and will get through each situation you come upon without the crutch of cigarettes with N.O.P.E and vigilance, by believing in yourself and being willing, determined and committed to your quit, it's definetly not easy especially in the early days and weeks but it's very Doable and vital to your health, I remember some very stressful situations in my early months, going to a funeral of a dear friend that passed away from Cancer with my husband that also quit 2 and a half months before I did, it was very difficult and the URGE for Me to reach out and bum a Cigarette from ONE of the half dozen people standing outside of the funeral home on a snowy cold day in November was ALMOST OVERPOWERING but I squeezed my husband Mark's hand and we said hello and continued to go inside ALMOST meant that I was in CHARGE whether I relapsed or Not, I chose to continue stacking up my DOF. We all have our triggers that was just one of mine but we all have the CHOICE to continue stacking up our precious Days WON because S.I.N.A.O - SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION (ANYMORE)....
