It's Another Smokefree Hump Day :)

Are you on the fence about quitting smoking? Are you on day one? Are you struggling with remaining quit? We've all been on the fence and were on day one and we've all struggled with our quits, I know that I have, stay close to this community and read everything you can about quitting smoking and remaining quit because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom, blog Help, write a blog and comment on our blogs, drink water, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and if need be sit on your hands because there's no way you can smoke if you're sitting on your hands but seriously do whatever you have to get through the cravings don't relapse, you can do this quit, one hour, minute or even one second at a time as long as you keep moving forward then you'll be successful and each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON, quitting smoking is a choice and each day you can keep choosing Freedom and the longer you're quit the easier it will get, if you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that you have to get through the rough patches and relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes it's definetly difficult bur very Doable anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and being able to breathe is essential to living a life of Freedom so hang on tight and don't let go because you can and will be successful just keep stacking up your precious DOF.  On a different note this card came in the mail on Monday and it's definetly a keeper say Hello to George my buddy the Hump Day Camel, he might have came last Thursday or Friday but our post office and everything else was closed due to the massive storm that we had.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
