I'll be Extremely happy when this cold snap ends and I know that everyone else that's in this deep freeze clear across Canada and in the States Will be too, it's-12°F here but there's places even colder including North of the border from me with the wind the feel like temps are -30 but I am soooooooooo thankful that I wised up and threw the yuckies (cigarettes) away because all of us Exers I'm sure when we were still sucking on the Cancer Sticks still would have been outside coughing, choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both freezing off our butts and hands because it's pretty hard trying to hold a smoke with gloves on but you know no matter what the weather even if a gorgeous mild sunshiny day the best gift that anyone of us can give ourselves is the gift of LIFE by quitting smoking and remaining quit because smoking kills and we all know it and with the right Mindset we can do just about anything We put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health, family, wallet but most importantly our life, that's the reason that I went looking for a quit smoking site and thankfully found this one. I decided once I found out that I have mild copd that my life is worth so much more than the disgusting nicotine poison and with the help of this community I learned quitting smoking is absolutely Doable with N.O.P.E - and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option and if you've been quit awhile N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the early days and weeks because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON totally Rocks, let's be sure to take Extra good care of ourselves H.A.L.T - Hungry, angry, lonely, tired, I am so happy to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes, it takes time and effort to get through the rough patches and it takes time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes but boy oh boy it's so worth it so hang on tight and keep stacking up your precious DOF.
