If you're reading this and just thinking about quitting smoking then please take the time to read everything you can about quitting smoking and remaining quit because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom and if today is your Day ONE take deep breaths, chin up and know that we're here for you, blog help, keep your mind as well as your hands occupied so this evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for Day WON, quitting smoking is the best gift that anyone Will ever give themselves which is the gift of LIFE it's definetly difficult to say the least but very Doable plus we must remember how many decades upon decades that we smoked, for me it was 40 yrs of slavery at roughly 30 cigarettes a day so we need to realize that it's going to take time to get through the rough patches to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes but boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's ours for the taking we just have to get through it one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour, minute or even one second at a time as long as we keep moving forward and stacking up our precious DOF - Days Of Freedom with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance then - there's no way we can fail, believe in yourself and be willing, determined and committed to succeed and we can and will be successful, is it easy? HELL NO! But is it worth it? HELL YES! I'm headed for three and a half yrs of Freedom and my life is so much better without the crutch of cigarettes and so many others here that have a lot more time under their belts, some with, 5 yrs, 10 yrs and I think there's at least one person that I know of with 12 yrs and we all started with Day ONE!
