With 2018 right around the corner there's probably many people that may be On the fence about quitting smoking or maybe in the early days and weeks and possibly struggling with cravings and withdrawals but know that you can get through the rough patches, stay close and read everything you can about quitting smoking and remaining quit because there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom, let us know that you're here if you're having a rough time, write Help in a blog and wait a short time and they'll be people coming to help you through it, hang on tight and don't let go because you can get through the rough patches with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option. Quitting smoking is definetly difficult to say the least but very Doable, if you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that its bound to take time to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and that it's going to take time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes but it's very Doable and very worth it to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's yours for the taking believe in yourself and be willing, determined and committed to succeed and you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour, minute or even one second at a time as long as you keep moving forward then you'll be successful in your precious quit and our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit but it's a Choice that everyone has to make for themselves whether to smoke or bite the bullet and take back their lives from the clutches of the nicotine poison, begin with Day ONE and at the end of the day you can say yay for Day WON!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
