Share your quitting journey
It's cold outside but It's nice and toasty inside and I have so much to be thankful for starting with a roof over my head plus lots of wood for the furnace to stay warm, food in the cupboards and in the fridge and freezer I am blessed with family and tomorrow afternoon hubby and I will have our 8 year old grandson Mason for the night which Will be super fantastic especially this close to Christmas because he's still at that age of awe and wonder and the greatest thing of all is that I don't smoke anymore and I really can enjoy the festivities with my family and friends without the crutch of smoking, there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's ours for the taking and it's ours to nurture and protect because our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit, yay for Smokefree living .
