It's a dark dank dismal dreary day this morning with all schools cancelled due to the mixed bag of weather, I woke up around three to the freezing rain beating on my bedroom window or maybe it was ice pellets but either way it looks like quite a mess outside, Mark must have made it to work because I haven't heard anything different. The Christmas concert at the school will be On Friday now since it's a storm day. I measured 7 inches of the white stuff last night when I shoveled the steps off but now it's melted down with the rain but ugh later when it freezes so I'll go out and get some exercise shoveling the front and back steps off before the freeze up later but No Smoking for Me because I don't do that anymore because I live by N.O.P.E. and Vigilance and besides that I'm in a fabulous place in my quit and smoking isn't even a blimp on my Radar so if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go because you can get through the rough patches which takes time but if you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that you have to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around the smokes so relearning life definetly takes time and effort but it's very Doable and absolutely worth it.....
