I think yesterday was the best birthday ever making memories with my family and having all three grandchildren for the afternoon getting the Christmas tree and the inside of the house decorated while I just laid back while Mark did the house and Emma the tree, Mason put three ornaments on the tree, Adam did one but that's A ok because everyone was happy and NO Smoke Breaks for this old Gram or Gramp because neither one of us Smoke anymore and it's the best decision we've ever made in our lives or that anyone will ever make in their lives. Quitting is definetly difficult to say the least but it's absoloutely Doable but a person needs to believe in themselves and be willing, determined and totally commited to succeed then they will be successful but of course it'll take some time to get through the rough patches because after 30, 40 or 50 yrs of smoking it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes but boy oh boy it's sure worth it!  happiness is getting to that good place in your quit when you finally realize that there's definetly after cigarettes and what a awesome feeling it is!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
