Share your quitting journey
I went to bed way too early last night so I woke up way too early but I'm ready to enjoy another day that I'm fortunate enough to be blessed with and being an Ex smoker just makes each day so much more of a blessing and I know I'm happier once I got through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawls and moodswings and realized that there's definetly life after cigarettes and it was mine for the taking and I finally chose 1,224 glorious days ago to take back my life from the dreaded nicotine poison and it was the best decision i've ever made in my life or ever will make. I wish each and everyone reading this the best day possible, if you haven't quit yet now is the time to take back your and if you are struggling hang on tight and plow through the rough patches and know that each day you get through is another Day Won and it's going to get easier and easier with time under your belt but after decades of smoking it only stands to reason that it's bound to take to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes, quitting is a choice and boy oh boy choosing Freedom is the right choice. Stick with N.OP.E. & Vigilance on a daily basis because it keeps us Smokefree.
