Share your quitting journey
There's definetly life after cigarettes and once we decide to bite the bullet and take back our lives from the dreaded nicotine poison and do the recommended reading to educate our ourselves on this horrid addiction because there's a wealth of information here to strenghen your resolve to kick the cancer sticks to the curb and start living a smoke free life. Once we think about how many decades we smoked and for me it was 40 yrs then we realize it only stands to reason it's bound to take some time to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawls and moodswings to get to that good place in your quit and the only way to get there is through but it is very Doable and so very worth it so by believing in yourself and being willing, determined and 100% committed you can persevere through and start reaping the benefits of an Ex Smoker, every day we get through is another Day WON. I for one say Life is grand without a cigarette in hand.
