Life happens whether we smoke or not!

I really am so glad that I finally wised up and took back my life from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison because I don't have to sneak off every 20 minutes or so to find a corner outside somewhere in the rain, sleet, snow or whatever sucking on a cancer stick to possibly cough  choke and nearly hork up a lung or possibly both! But instead I say yay for 1,210 glorious, humongous, ginormous, stupendous, spectacular, fantastic, fabulous ,splendiforous, wonderful, precious smoke free days ago I began stacking up those precious Days WON and believe me or not, life really does get easier and easier with time under your belt so chin up and grab onto the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's yours for the taking but you must stick with your quit! I had a wonderful afternoon and evening with my Dad yesterday, I spent the night and enjoyed his 81st birthday with him today , I took him and my sister out for lunch and no Smoke breaks whatsoever because I don't do that anymore and I say YAY for another DAY WON! N.O.P.E and vigilance works when applied on a daily basis,

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
