I remember my 1st AHA moment in my quit when I realized that wow I hadn't thought of a smoke all day and I was having a great day and it was like the folks here at Ex told me that it would happen, I believe that was around the 90 day mark for me but I had lots of good days previous to that moment but I'd have the odd thought throughout the day but that glorious AHA moment was awesome so if you're struggling keep plowing forward because there's definitely life after cigarettes and you mustn't miss that precious AHA moment so stick with your quit hang on tight and don't let go until you come out the other side smiling because each day you get through is another day WON plus you have to realize that after decades of smoking and for me it was 40 yrs of slavery so it definitely takes time to get through the rough patches and relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch but boy oh boy it's absolutely Doable and and definitely worth it so chin up and hang tough so you can prove it for yourself so you can say YAY Life is grand without a cigarette in hand, N. O. P. E. - Not One Puff Ever - works when applied on a daily basis because S.I.N.A.O  - Smoking Is Not An Option.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
