It's super fantastic but in order to get to that good place in your quit you must first get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings so you can come out the other side smiling because then you'll be realizing for yourself how much better life is without the crutch of smoking so believe it, be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and no matter what may be happening in your life, stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O  - Smoking Is Not An Option. Life is short so let's take care of ourselves so we can be around to enjoy life with our family and friends and for me it's my grandchildren, my 8 yr old grandson Mason got off the bus here yesterday to spend the night during his bath he started talking about his great grandmother that passed away about a year ago she was 90, I knew her most of my life. Mason got quite emotional about Gramp & I dying because he's going to miss us so much, it took some convincing to calm him down to tell him that we plan on being around even when he's a grown up which I hope we are so I'll continue on my precious quit journey because life really is so much better and I want to be around to see all three of the grandchildren grow up, so I won't be screwing up my perfectly beautiful quit, yay for all of us Exers, let's always protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!  No more Day Ones for any of us because they would totally Suck Big so we'll continue stacking up our glorious Days WON because they Rock big time.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
