Life happens whether we smoke or not!

Quitting Smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable as long as you believe in yourself and are willing, determined and totally committed to succeed then you can and will be successful, there's a wealth of information right here on this site so read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit which should help strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom and we're all here to try and help in any way we can. We've all had to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings to get to that good place in our quit first we all had to get through the rough patches and come out the other side realizing that there really is Life after cigarettes and it's pretty damned great! You can do it too, one precious smoke free day at a time or one hr, minute or even one second at a time but you must stick with your quit because the only way out is through and once you do get through it's one HELL of an awesome feeling so keep stacking up those glorious Days WON! N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever will give you a beautiful smoke free life because S.I.N.A.O  - Smoking Is Not An Option plus if you've been quit awhile N. E. F.  - Never Ever Forget the early days and wks of quitting smoking because going back to Day One would totally Suck Big Time so please H. A. L. T.  - Hunger, Anger, Lonely, Tired because anyone of these can really screw up a perfectly beautiful quit, chin up and grab onto the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! I say a ginormous yay for smokefree living but we need to be EXtra vigilant with everything that's happening in the world and protect our quits with our lives because our lives are literally depending on us remaining smoke free because life happens whether we smoke or not and choosing Not is what we must do to be FREE.
