After 40 yrs of slavery to the disgusting Cancer Sticks thinking I'd probably never quit smoking and I don't know if I really wanted to anyway but during an appointment with a specialist he listened to my lungs and said he didn't like the sound of them so he set up a breathing test which showed mild copd which scared the crap out of me so I found this site and hid in the shadows for quite some time and read everything I could find about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit and literally found a pot of gold right here because I found a wealth of information that strengthened my resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom, it's definitely not easy by any stretch of the imagination but it's absolutely Doable. I was willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and so can anyone, believe in yourself and know that you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time or one minute or even one second as long as you keep moving forward and stacking up your days WON! N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever will give you a beautiful smoke free life because S.I.N.A.O  - Smoking Is Not An Option!  If you've been quit awhile  - N. E. F.  - Never Ever Forget  - the early days and wks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would really suck big time! Look after yourself  - H. A. L. T.  - Hunger, Anger, Lonely , Tired because anyone of these can really screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so taking EXtra good care of yourself helps get you through the rough patches, there's definitely life after cigarettes so reach out and grab it because it's yours for the taking but you must stick with your quit.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
