I'm busy this morning making green tomato chow while writing this and it sure smells great cooking away but you know what's even more great is that I come here to wish each of you a stressfree, hasslefree but most importantly a smokefree day because we're all on this awesome journey of quitting smoking and Remaining Quit together because we don't do that anymore and if you're reading this and you're still thinking about quitting please read everything you can about quitting right here on this site and join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker and if you are struggling please don't throw your quit away instead embrace it, nurture it and protect it and never ever take it for granted because it's the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE and our lives literally depends on us to stick with our quits! There's definitely life after cigarettes and it's yours for the taking reach out and grab it!
