But that's A ok I guess because I can't do anything about it anyway but I can keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days which I will by living with N.O.P.E and vigilance because I really like being able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however, I'm free after 40 yrs of smoking and if anyone reading this hasn't quit yet or if you're struggling to remain quit then please know that you can and will get through the rough patches and come out the other side smiling because there's definitely life after cigarettes but you must stick with your quit, stay close and read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because there's a wealth of information to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb, it's not easy by any stretch of the imagination but anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health, your family but most importantly your life is literally depending on you to quit and stay quit!
