Life certainly can throw a curve ball or two or more when we least EXpect it, thats life but to someone that's considering quitting smoking or for someone who recently quit these curve balls could be cause to relapse which would be absolutely awful and this is why it's pushed here to read and educate yourself on this horrid addiction. It was also suggested to me and to basically everyone here to read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because there's a wealth of information to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom which is the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! I listened and I read blogs, comments on other Exer's pages and I know that when I was going through horrid craves I would go to Dale's page concerning the first 4 months of quitting smoking which always helped strengthen my resolve to keep plowing forward so I'd keep my mind as well as my hands occupied believe me I know that it's not easy but I also know that it's doable and absolutely worth it all to be able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a disgusting cancer stick, you can do this quit one precious smoke free day at a time  don't let the curve balls deter you because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's yours for the taking but you must stick with your quit....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
