It's Hump Day again!

My husband Mark reminds me each week that it's Hump Day because he works Monday to Friday and Wednesdays at noon means the week is more than half over but for me since I had to retire from work Wednesday is just another day! But every day since quitting smoking is definitely something special because we've taken back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison, we've decided to live a healthier lifestyle and start living a life of Freedom! I remember how difficult it is in the early days and wks of quitting smoking but it's absolutely Doable and definitely worth it so hang on tight and don't let go until you come out the other side smiling because each day you get through is
