If we want something bad enough then we'll go after it and we'll keep going after it until we achieve it and that's how I went about my quit and thankfully I knew from reading everything I could right here on this site that things would get easier each day and when I was going through horrid craves I would read Dale's page concerning the first 4 months of quitting and I'd blog and there was always folks to help me through and there still is, there really is Life after the cancer sticks! It's time to take back your life while you still can because as we all know smoking kills and we're not invincible and that's the reason I quit because I thought I was but when I found out that I have mild copd then I knew it was time to bite the bullet and stop playing Russian Roulette with my life and I'm so glad that I did after 40 yrs of smoking I'm free and you can be too! Smoking is a choice so choose to quit and be smokefree, get through the rough patches and start reaping the benefits of an Ex Smoker.....
