Wow, I can't believe tomorrow is August but it is and hopefully we'll get a little more Summer before Winter hits plus we desperately need rain as well but no smoking over the weather or anything else because I'm secure in my quit plus just to be sure that I don't get lazy and complacent I am always vigilant while going about my daily business, that's how we all must protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves once we get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings and the hair pulling and feeling like you'd like to rip somebody's face off in those early days and wks which I most certainly felt like doing but didn't! 
then it's time to be on guard for any stressers because Freedom is way too important not to protect it with everything in us because life is so much better without the crutch of cigarettes, here's a pic of my grandson Mason this past February ugh on living in a snowbelt right bonniebee ? Thankfully smoking isn't even a blimp on my radar!
